2.1 Return & Exchange Period:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to exchange or return.

2.2 Return or Exchange Eligibility:

We require the merchandise to return in original condition. Gently opened packaging for inspection is absolutely okay, but all original accessories and tags are required.

2.3 Products That Are Not Eligible:

This policy does not include bespoke/custom orders or any product that has wear and tear or damage that was not originally on delivery.

2.4 Return Process:

  1. Step 1: Fire off a quick email to our support team at [email protected]. (Tip: Mention your order number in the subject and you go to the top of the list!)
  2. Step 2: We’ll get on to this right away and email you back with custom return instructions.
  3. Step 3: Package it up and send it back to us according to the instructions we send.
  4. Step 4: As soon as we take the returned item into our hands, our staff springs into action. We try to effect all refunds and exchanges within a span of 15 business days.

2.5 Shipping Charges:

On Us: If we sent you an item that didn’t pass our stringent quality control (something that is extremely rare, we promise you), we’ll refund the return postage in full.

On You: For returns due to preference, you will pay for return shipping. Again, though, we try our best to get you hooked up with the best value shipping that we can find.

2.6 Special Cases:

We dislike waiting as well. In most instances, we are able to refund your purchase more quickly. Want an exchange? Simply send us a note to [email protected], and we’ll get an exchange set up for you. You will only need to pay the outgoing postage on the new watch.

Refund Timing

Once our inspection department has authorized your return, your refund will be posted and on its way back to you within 15 business days.
